Sambhota 2.0 on the Mac consists of 3 software bundles:

1. The Sambhota fonts
2. The Sambhota converter
3. The Sambhota editor

A. Installing the Sambhota fonts

The Sambhota fonts come packaged in a compressed archive bundle. When downloaded to your Macintosh, a folder entitled SambhotaFonts2.0 should appear on your desktop. To install the fonts:

1. Double click on your hard drive icon
2. Double click on the Library folder
3. Double click on the Fonts folder
4. Double click on the new SambhotaFonts2.0 folder
5. Click on Edit->Select All to select all the fonts in the SambhotaFonts2.0 folder.
6. Drag and drop the fonts to the Fonts folder in step 3 above.

B. Installing the Sambhota converter

The Sambhota converter comes as a Macintosh package entitled NitarthaSambhotaConverterInstaller.pkg. To install the converter:

1. Double click on the package and following the instructions
2. The Sambhota converter will be installed in your Applications folder and will be located in the folder entitled SambhotaConverter
3. You can start the Sambhota converter by double clicking on Sambhota Converter.app
4. After starting the converter, go to the Help menu to read more about converting files.

C. Installing the Sambhota editor

The Sambhota editor comes as a Macintosh package entitled NitarthaSambhotaEditInstaller.pkg.

To install the editor:

1. Double click on the package and following the instructions
2. The Sambhota editor will be installed in your Applications folder and will be located in the folder entitled Sambhota Edit
3. You can start the Sambhota editor by double clicking on Sambhota Edit.app
4. After starting the editor, go to the Help menu to read more about using the editor.
